User Service Agreement

5. Limitation of Liability

7. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
- Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the court located in the service provider’s jurisdiction.
